The Opportunity

As a member of our Executive Management Team, you'll be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of all investor relations activities. This includes working closely with senior management to communicate the company's mission, strategic objectives, and progress to the investment community.

  • Partner with senior leadership and functional heads to assist with specific IR activities and communications.
  • Lead the collection, analysis, and presentation of feedback to the company of investors' perceptions and opinions, brokerage security analysts' positions and summaries, relative stock price movements, and periodic ownership analysis.
  • Collaborate with Business Development regarding out and in license partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, and execute research and analysis required.
  • Support the preparation of SEC filings with the legal and accounting staff.
  • Previous experience in equity research and investment banking within the innovative pharmaceutical industry is required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the Healthcare sector, pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting or financial modeling.
  • Strong writing skills, excellent attention to detail, and diligence in a deadline-driven environment.
