Job Title: Internal Sales RepresentativeJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Breedon Group plc. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, providing essential sales admin support to TSMs, and pricing, chasing, and winning orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the friendly voice answering customer calls promptly, ensuring top-notch service every time.
  • Keep track of all enquiries with precision.
  • Create and price quotations quickly and accurately, always within agreed tolerances, and ensure every enquiry has complete contact details.
  • Add comprehensive notes to each enquiry, documenting all customer interactions and decisions.
  • Process and confirm order acknowledgments.
  • Manage and track all enquiries, ensuring every lead is followed up to a win or loss.
  • Impress the Commercial Manager with detailed weekly reports by 17:00 on Fridays, highlighting key sales data, including won/lost orders and major enquiries.
  • Swiftly raise and price enquiries as requested by the TSM, meeting all deadlines.
  • Spot opportunities to sell additional products and upsell with every enquiry.
  • Resolve invoice queries within 7 days, maintaining a flawless query log.
  • Log and address complaints promptly, collaborating with production and territory sales managers.
  • Proactively identify new customers, track declining ones, and uncover exciting new site opportunities.
  • Support the Distributions team by handling calls and enquiries, aiming for first-call resolution.
  • Step in to assist other departments as needed, showing your versatility and commitment.

  • Desire to succeed and build on customer base, upselling a range of products to ensure that Breedon succeeds and is the solution of choice for appropriate building projects.
