We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living. As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations by providing expert guidance on Employee Relations and people matters.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and colleagues on ER and people matters.
  2. Support the recruitment team with interviewing and assessments.
  3. Conduct exit interviews and analyse trends to inform HR strategies.
  4. Deliver new starter surveys to ensure effective induction processes.
  5. Collate MI information from our HR system and provide data-driven insights.
  6. Prepare key HR metrics including staff retention, diversity, absence, and best company data.
  7. Review and draft policies ensuring they support equality and diversity commitments.

Your Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor with knowledge of Employee Relations, Employment Law, HR Systems, and Processes. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Above all, you must be passionate about delivering exceptional HR services that put people at the heart of everything we do.
