IUCS Single Point of Access Call Advisor

We offer various full-time and part-time shift patterns - please see attached rotas and unsocial hours allowance as per section 2 Agenda for Change
As an NHS SPoA Health Advisor, you will provide a high-quality person-centred approach to care delivery, considering people’s safety, privacy and dignity at all times. You will be responsible for taking accurate details from Health Care Professionals and inputting referrals to be sent to the appropriate team.
You will actively promote and contribute to a performance culture in relation to the SPoA Team and Integrated Urgent Care service as well as all other services provided by the organisation particularly within the St Leonard’s hub.
Employment in this post requires a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service are able to present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.
