Job Title: Policy Director

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Policy Director to join our Data Center Policy team in Europe. In this role, you will drive strategic engagement on energy and sustainability policy issues impacting our data center operations. As part of our commitment to 100% renewable energy and net-zero emissions, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape policy initiatives across Europe.

The Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £120,000 per annum.
  • Hybrid working: 3 days per week onsite at state-of-the-art offices in Central London.
  • Role to start on an initial 9-month contract.

The Role:

  • Lead policy analysis and advocacy related to data centers and energy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to influence policy direction.

Your Background:

  • Degree in a related field.
  • 6+ years of EU commission/energy policy experience.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional policy campaigns.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
