About the School:
The Client School, rated as Good by Ofsted in 2024, supports a large number of students with a range of Special Needs and Disabilities. With an emphasis on communication and cognition, the school's Semi-Formal curriculum is broken down into six sections. Throughout the academic year, the school hosts a number of signature events as part of its careers program.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each student
- Provide emotional and academic support to students, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
