Job Title: Senior Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team at ITRM Ltd. As a key member of our consultancy team, you will be responsible for creating low-level project designs, implementing projects, and providing technical advisory services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement project solutions that meet our clients' needs and expectations.
  2. Provide technical advisory services to our clients, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  3. Work closely with our Solution Architects to create comprehensive technical documentation for our clients.
  4. Administer and maintain customer infrastructure, including Cloud technologies and on-premise solutions.
  5. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers.
  6. Participate in lessons learned activities to improve our technical solutions and maintain our technical standards.
Requirements:
  1. Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and VMware vSphere.
  2. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and networking protocols.
  3. Experience in installing, configuring, and managing Cisco switches, firewalls, and routers.
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  6. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an MSP environment.
