Job Title: Senior Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team at ITRM Ltd. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for delivering senior technical support, creating low-level project designs, and providing technical advisory services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement technical solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  2. Provide technical advisory services to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  3. Collaborate with the Solution Architect to create low-level project designs, ensuring seamless implementation.
  4. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  5. Administer and maintain customer infrastructure, including Cloud technologies and on-premise solutions.
  6. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
  7. Participate in lessons learned activities, providing valuable feedback to the technical solutions team.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an MSP environment.
  2. Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and VMware vSphere.
  3. Excellent knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and vLANs.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  6. Ability to work under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
