Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team at ITRM. As a key member of our consultancy team, you will be responsible for creating low-level project designs, implementing projects, and providing technical advisory services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement project solutions that meet our clients' needs and expectations.
  2. Provide technical advisory services to our clients, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  3. Work closely with our Solution Architects to create low-level designs for project implementation.
  4. Transition projects from the implementation phase to business-as-usual, including defining and delivering comprehensive technical documentation.
  5. Administer and maintain customer infrastructure, including Cloud technologies and on-premise solutions.
  6. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers.
  7. Keep operational documentation up to date.
  8. Act as technical lead during major incidents and participate in lessons learned activities.
Requirements
  1. Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and VMware vSphere.
  2. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and networking protocols.
  3. Experience with Cisco switches, firewalls, and routers.
  4. Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
  5. Proven ability to pass Microsoft exams.
  6. Ability to perform research and development into systems in preparation for implementation/third-line support.
  7. 5+ years of experience in a helpdesk, technical support, or similar role, preferably in an MSP environment.
