Account Manager Role:

Elevation Recruitment Group is pleased to be working with a highly regarded global business. The Account Manager role will play a pivotal part in nurturing and securing business opportunities with both UK and international accounts across grocery channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee key relationships with retail buyers and commercial partners, ensuring smooth execution of proactive and collaborative joint business plans.
  2. Identify, manage, and implement profitable solutions to address commercial, operational, and seasonal challenges.
  3. Execute the internal annual operating plan, driving sales, profitability, and operational targets in partnership with the customer. Develop strategic recommendations to support the overall trading and category vision.
  4. Nurturing of Key Accounts, optimisation of these through strong negotiation and commercial capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience within Account Management and optimising Key Accounts, having a proven successful track record of deliverables.
  • Successfully working with UK convenience retailers, managing accounts to a high standard and showing success with commercial growth.
  • Experience with product management/development is favourable.
  • An energetic, passionate individual who thrives on creating a memorable customer journey and nurturing key relationships.
