Account Manager Role:
Elevation Recruitment Group is pleased to be working with a highly regarded global business. The Account Manager role will play a pivotal part in nurturing and securing business opportunities with both UK and international accounts across grocery channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee key relationships with retail buyers and commercial partners, ensuring smooth execution of proactive and collaborative joint business plans.
- Identify, manage, and implement profitable solutions to address commercial, operational, and seasonal challenges.
- Execute the internal annual operating plan, driving sales, profitability, and operational targets in partnership with the customer. Develop strategic recommendations to support the overall trading and category vision.
- Nurturing of Key Accounts, optimisation of these through strong negotiation and commercial capabilities.
Requirements:
- Strong experience within Account Management and optimising Key Accounts, having a proven successful track record of deliverables.
- Successfully working with UK convenience retailers, managing accounts to a high standard and showing success with commercial growth.
- Experience with product management/development is favourable.
- An energetic, passionate individual who thrives on creating a memorable customer journey and nurturing key relationships.
