We are currently seeking a highly skilled Purchase to Pay Specialist to join our team at Virgin Media Business Ireland. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering an excellent customer experience to our suppliers and internal customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include performing complex Purchase to Pay tasks, identifying and implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with SOx and audit requirements. You will also work closely with the IT team and business on UAT testing for major system upgrades and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure best practice in Purchase to Pay operations.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong Excel skills, experience of working with SAP, Ariba, and Jira, and the ability to speak German. You will also be flexible, adaptable, and keen to learn new skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and maintaining accurate records.
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €70,000 per annum, plus bonus where applicable, 25 days annual leave with the option to purchase 5 more, access to wellbeing and mental health benefits, matched pension contribution up to 10%, and car benefit scheme access.
