As an Account Manager - Technical Sales, you will be responsible for developing and growing a pipeline of business from existing and new clients. This will involve attending customer sites, creating and maintaining sales analysis sheets, and providing quotations for enquiries. You will also need to communicate regularly with customers throughout the life of the enquiry.
Key Responsibilities- Attending customer sites to understand current and future requirements, identifying enhancements, modifications, or upgrades that benefit their business and prove commercially advantageous.
- Creating and maintaining sales analysis sheets for each enquiry received.
- Reporting enquiry results in weekly sales meetings, providing visibility of future enquiries and potential market demands or competitor developments.
- Creating financially viable and commercially beneficial quotations for enquiries, reviewing internally before sending to customers.
- Regular communication with customers throughout the life of the enquiry.
We are looking for a self-motivated and organised individual with excellent communication skills at all levels. As this role involves travel within the UK and overseas, flexibility is essential.
