Technical Sales Automation Specialist

The East Midlands region offers a prime location for this exciting opportunity as a Technical Sales Automation Specialist with Premier Technical Recruitment. This role involves collaborating with the business development team to maximise sales opportunities, developing a business pipeline through automation and robotic solution sales. Key responsibilities include liaising with internal and external customers, creating sales analysis sheets, and setting up sales handover meetings. A strong background in technical sales and account management is essential, particularly in automation systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and organised, and flexible to travel within the UK and overseas as required.
About the Role
As a Technical Sales Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client's business by identifying new sales opportunities and fostering relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with the sales team to develop a comprehensive understanding of the market, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of sales success, preferably in the automation industry.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical sales and account management
