**Your Mission**

As a Technical Repair Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of gas appliances and central heating systems. You'll work with our domestic customers to identify and resolve issues, providing expert solutions that meet their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Service and repair gas appliances and central heating systems
  • Conduct thorough fault diagnosis and analysis
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals

**What We're Looking For**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in servicing, fault diagnosis, and repairs on different boilers and central heating systems
  • Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan, and combination systems and boilers
  • Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1) NVQ, C&G, or equivalent in plumbing or heating
  • A full UK driving licence with 6 points or less
