Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. The successful candidate will provide technical support to our customers and internal teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our vacuum and exhaust management equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical advice and support to customers and internal teams on the use and maintenance of our products.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to our products, including troubleshooting and repair.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions.
  • Conduct compliance testing to ensure our products meet relevant industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.

Requirements:
