The Technical Education Specialist will assess and evaluate the training requirements of clients and technical personnel to establish suitable training materials, objectives, and design.
Establish methodologies for identifying training needs and measuring training success.
Collect data to support comprehensive proposal development activities.
The Technical Education Specialist will be accountable for executing the training strategies and will accomplish this through observations, training sessions, and coaching that foster uniformity in our training execution.
Key Responsibilities:
The Technical Education Specialist will be tasked with delivering all technical training to Part 145 personnel.
Ensuring that the training is conducted to the highest industry standards; the training will encompass but is not limited to:
- All technical training aligned with business requirements.
- Ongoing Training to include Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety, and Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems theoretical and practical training.
Prepare technical training materials and continuously enhance our existing courses.
Develop instructional resources (course outlines, lesson plans, background materials, instructional aids, and training tools)
Demonstrated ability to create and present training content using various formats (classroom-based, eLearning, Virtual, etc.)
Deliver technical training in a hands-on manner.
Possess strong organizational capabilities and the aptitude to design and implement effective training programs that meet organizational and operational demands.
Qualifications:
Possess a UK/EASA Part 66 License/Aerospace Engineering degree or have relevant experience in aircraft technical training.
Must be knowledgeable about EASA regulations.
Must have experience in aircraft engineering or working within a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environment.
Ability to mentor and develop others.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to escalate concerns to the management team.
Ability to plan and adhere to deadlines established by management.
Proficient in Office 365.
Ability to analyze and provide constructive feedback where non-compliance may be identified to the management team.
Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Relevant professional training certification.
