Desktop Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer to join our client's team on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of renewal. The role will involve hybrid working and is outside of IR35.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to other sites as required. Expenses will be reimbursed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in a similar 2nd Line/Desktop role
  • Mobile Device Management (Airwatch)
  • In-Tune
  • Telephony
  • Desktop - creation of images through imaging software/software roll out
  • Citrix - Netscaler
  • AV - take control of updates and installations
  • Overview of Support Desk - working alongside the IT manager to ensure support tickets meet SLAs
  • Networking knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical skills, including Mobile Device Management and Citrix
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
