Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Connaught Resourcing. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care through telephone and computer-based triage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out comprehensive telephone triage using clinical judgement and computer-based clinical decision systems.
  • Advise patients on home care management, next steps, and refer them on to further care when appropriate.
  • Provide clinical supervision to other members of the multi-disciplinary team.
  • Participate in CDSS training if required.
  • Commit to Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and lifelong learning.
Requirements:
  • Registered as an Adult nurse on Part 1 of the NMC register.
  • Substantial clinical experience in a range of settings.
  • Experience of working in a multi-professional/multi-agency environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Critical decision-making skills.
