About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Deputy Manager to join our team at The Works. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, improving customer experience, and developing our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take charge of the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and achieving commercial targets.
  • Lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and visual appeal.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and team development.
  • Identify and address areas for improvement, implementing changes to drive business growth and excellence.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Retail Deputy Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong merchandising and visual display skills.
