- Support the Ward Manager in the day-to-day management of the ward
- Coordinate the care of patients, ensuring high-quality treatment and a positive patient experience
- Develop and implement effective care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to the development of the ward's policies and procedures
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members
