Are you a sales-driven individual looking to excel in the estate agency industry? We're seeking an experienced Estate Agency Sales Negotiator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice on property sales and rentals, ensuring clients achieve their goals
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet branch targets and objectives

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £12,000, with on-target earnings of £25,000 to £30,000 in year 1
  • A 4-month salary guarantee of £2,300 per month to support your sales pipeline development

Requirements:

  • Strong sales background in areas such as car sales, mobile telephone sales, or membership sales
  • Valid driving license and own car
