Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Specialist to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

About the Role
  • Prospect and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and retention
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven track record of success in sales development or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
