The Role

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Nursery Room Leader to join our team in Bromborough. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging experiences for our children, driving high-quality practice and inspiring your colleagues to deliver their best.

Responsibilities
  1. Leadership: Demonstrate outstanding leadership skills, motivating and guiding your team to deliver exceptional care and education.
  2. Curriculum Development: Develop and implement stimulating and age-appropriate activities that promote children's learning and development across all areas.
  3. Communication: Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication, keeping parents informed about their child's progress and achievements.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members, sharing ideas and resources to enhance the overall program and ensure consistency in practice.
  5. Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations and conducting regular risk assessments.
