We are currently seeking a Technical Manager with expertise of working within a fresh produce environment. This role is pivotal as the company focuses on strategic growth and enhancing operational efficiency within their Production processes.
Job Title: Technical Manager
Location: Bromborough
Package: Competitive + Bonus payable upto 40% based on performance achieved and Medical Insurance
Role Overview:
In your capacity as Technical Manager, directly reporting to the Site Director and member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in upholding and advancing the company's stringent standards of Quality and Food Safety. Your leadership will ensure that production not only meets but exceeds all safety and quality benchmarks.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a comprehensive team across Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Hygiene departments, fostering a culture of professional development and high performance.
* Act as a champion of the client’s rigorous standards for Quality and Food Safety, implementing strategies that bolster our competitiveness in the market.
* Oversee the resolution of complex food safety and quality issues, applying expert knowledge and swift problem-solving skills.
* Prepare for and manage audits and customer visits, demonstrating the client’s compliance and dedication to best practices.
* Spearhead innovations in technical processes and food safety that align with customer expectations and regulatory compliance.
