What to expect as a Relief Nursery Practitioner

  • Ensure every child's individual needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs
  • Take ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps
  • Encourage and praise children's development and achievements
  • And most importantly, have fun
