Marketing Operations Director

- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of a major website improvement project, including product development, user experience design, content migration, and site architecture creation.
- Oversee the transformation of Connect into a fully integrated CRM system.
- Execute a strategy across all digital channels, including CPC, social media, email, SEO, website, CRM, and LiveChat.
- Ensure all digital content is representative of the Carter Jonas brand and values.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a small CRM and digital team.
- Manage digital budget lines, negotiate contracts, and review agency performance.
- Analyse and improve existing marketing processes, ensuring compliance with security regulations.
- Manage complex integrations between Connect and marketing platforms.
- Requirements:
- A self-starter with a wealth of marketing experience, ideally in a professional services environment.
- A strong track record in leading marketing technology projects and strategic initiatives.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and ability to troubleshoot with CRM, portals, and websites.
- Strong understanding of social media channels and content.
- Ability to multitask, manage stakeholder relationships, and be creative in approach.
- A team player, providing support across all levels within the team.
