We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our expert Tenancy department at GKR International. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the department, assisting the team in managing the administrative aspects of new tenancies, and enhancing the efficiency of deal progression for our lettings offices.

The successful candidate must have experience in a Tenancy Administration role and excel under pressure, taking pride in their work. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio across multiple branches
  • Reviewing and drafting tenancy documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Administering and maintaining accurate files, adhering to all company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
  • Coordinating pre-tenancy requirements with landlords, tenants, and various branches
