Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a comprehensive database of ongoing applications, ensuring they progress smoothly through the lettings process to reduce vacancy periods and enhance revenue.
  • Keep accurate and current records on the status of each tenancy application.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with lettings regulations and legal standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the letting process, focusing on enhancing the customer experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in property administration is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills acquired in a customer-facing role within a respected letting agency or Build to Rent organization.
  • In-depth understanding of the London lettings market, including compliance and legal obligations.
  • Proven knowledge of Assured Shorthold Tenancy legislation and relevant experience in the London rental sector.
