- Raise awareness among residents, stakeholders, and colleagues about anti-social behaviour and tenancy fraud, promoting a culture of respect and responsibility.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of colleagues in areas related to anti-social behaviour and tenancy fraud.
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer-focused services to diverse customer groups, both internal and external.
- Significant experience in managing anti-social behaviour and tenancy fraud cases, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies.
- Ability to prepare legal notices and witness statements, with a working knowledge of safeguarding responsibilities.
- Experience in managing resources effectively to meet demand, with a proven track record of inspiring others and promoting a positive work culture.
