Job Title: Paediatric Nurse Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Paediatric Nurse to join our team as a Paediatric Nurse Manager at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This role is responsible for managing the delivery of high-quality patient care, leading a team of nurses and healthcare professionals, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

As a Paediatric Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the ward, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and developing policies and procedures. Your strong leadership and communication skills will enable you to build effective relationships with colleagues, patients, and families.

**Salary:** £45,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety

Requirements:
- Registered Children's Nurse with current NMC registration
- Proven leadership and management experience in a paediatric setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
