Job Title: Nursing Director - Children's Services

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Paediatric Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Director - Children's Services at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This role is responsible for strategic leadership, direction, and vision for children's services across the trust. You will lead a team of nursing directors, managers, and practitioners to deliver high-quality patient care, develop policies and procedures, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

As a Nursing Director - Children's Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care to children and their families. Your strong leadership and communication skills will enable you to build effective relationships with colleagues, patients, and families, and drive improvements in patient outcomes.

**Salary:** £70,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements:
- Registered Children's Nurse with current NMC registration
