We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to fill the position of Clinical Deputy Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with our experienced team, making a real difference in the lives of our residents.
As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of the home. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance and support to colleagues, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. You will also be involved in the development of new policies and procedures, working closely with the Registered Manager to achieve our goals.
The salary for this position is £42,500 - £47,000 per annum, taking into account your experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a contributory pension scheme, private medical insurance, and discounts on our services.
