Key Responsibilities:

  3. Producing development appraisals and providing administrative support to the Head of Development
  4. Creating and processing all purchase orders and dealing with enquiries
  5. Setting up and attending monthly cashflow meetings, checking and paying all invoices
  6. Arranging the signing of contracts/deeds/warranties by email or postal means

To succeed as the Development Officer, you need:

  • A minimum of experience working within a development department of a housing association or local authority
  • Knowledge of Homes England funding requirements
  • A basic understanding of Proval or similar development software
  • Technical knowledge and experience in building development

We offer a competitive salary, reflecting the seniority of this role, and comprehensive benefits package.

Estimated salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum.
