Development Officer Position

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all development files are up-to-date with Homes England requirements
- Supporting during the handover process and attending all handovers
- Producing development appraisals and providing administrative support to the Head of Development
- Creating and processing all purchase orders and dealing with enquiries
- Setting up and attending monthly cashflow meetings, checking and paying all invoices
- Arranging the signing of contracts/deeds/warranties by email or postal means
To succeed as the Development Officer, you need:
- A minimum of experience working within a development department of a housing association or local authority
- Knowledge of Homes England funding requirements
- A basic understanding of Proval or similar development software
- Technical knowledge and experience in building development
We offer a competitive salary, reflecting the seniority of this role, and comprehensive benefits package.
Estimated salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum.
