About the Position

In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating small grant schemes, building stakeholder relationships, and working collaboratively to deliver impactful community initiatives. You'll also focus on fostering connections, identifying and supporting groups, organisations, and activities that enhance well-being and social inclusion.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating small grants to sustain community activities.
  • Addressing gaps in community resources to support independent living and social participation.
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver community initiatives.

The salary for this position is approximately £12,620 per year, based on a 36.5 hour workweek.
