Community Development Officer

We are a well-established charity based in Birmingham, seeking a skilled and experienced Fundraiser to join our team. As a Regional Fundraiser, you will be responsible for promoting fundraising products and events within the local area, building new networks, and ensuring supporters receive an excellent experience.
Main Responsibilities:- Becoming part of a collaborative team to drive forward the current fundraising strategy
- Working closely with the Regional Fundraising Manager to achieve personal income targets
- Maintaining high-quality fundraising by staying updated with sector developments
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of two years' experience in a Fundraising role or a similar field (account management)
- Proven experience of managing volunteers
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire groups of volunteers
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
We offer a competitive salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, a supportive work environment, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
