An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. We are seeking a skilled professional to work in our Emergency Department and Acute Assessment Unit, assessing and treating patients with complex presentations and multi-pathologies.
Main Duties- Identify patients within the Emergency Department who may meet the admission criteria for CPFT services.
- Assess and treat patients referred by consultants in the Emergency Department.
- Document assessments and findings on SystmOne, Etrac, and Symphony.
- Liaise with consultants and senior nurses in the department.
- Liaise with social workers regarding patients who do not meet Intermediate Care admission criteria or who have obvious need for social care support.
- Support students, learners, and other team members.

Experience
- Relevant post-graduate clinical experience in a variety of settings.
- Clinical supervisor training and experience.
Education and Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent, BSc, MSc or Diploma entry level qualification into the Physiotherapy profession.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Documented evidence of own continuing professional development.
- Willingness to undertake Fieldwork/Practice Educator qualification.
