Physiotherapist Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Emergency Department. As a Specialist Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients, working closely with consultants and senior nurses to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients in the Emergency Department and develop treatment plans to promote independence and prevent hospital admission.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
- Document assessments and findings on SystmOne, Etrac, and Symphony.
- Liaise with consultants, senior nurses, and social workers to ensure patient needs are met.
- Support students, learners, and other team members in their professional development.

Requirements
- Relevant post-graduate clinical experience in a variety of settings.
- Clinical supervisor training and experience.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Documented evidence of own continuing professional development.
