Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Paediatric Community Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to young individuals with complex needs. As part of our team, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver bespoke care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of experience in the UK and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for providing individualised care and support to a 14-year-old male with Cerebral Palsy, working collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled nurse to develop their skills and expertise while making a meaningful contribution to the lives of our clients. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary of £28,000-£40,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including a £250 refer a friend bonus and access to our comprehensive benefits package.
