Mental Health Rehabilitation Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Rehabilitation Associate to join our team at Cygnet Lodge Kenton in North-West London. As a Mental Health Rehabilitation Associate, you will play a key role in providing care and support to service users, helping them to re-establish and develop skills to progress over 12-18 months.
Cygnet Lodge Kenton is a female high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) service that provides a care pathway for service users who are preparing to step down and help bridge the gap between hospital stays and community living. Our service uses a recovery-focused model, helping individuals re-establish and develop skills to progress over 12-18 months.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in mental health rehabilitation, with a strong understanding of recovery-focused models and the importance of providing person-centered care. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to service users
- Help service users re-establish and develop skills to progress over 12-18 months

- Develop and implement care plans to meet individual needs
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed
- Maintain accurate records and reports

Salary: £28,000 per annum
