Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Lodge Kenton in North-West London. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex mental health needs.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide a high level of support, using a recovery-focused model to help individuals re-establish and develop the skills they need to progress. Our service provides a safe and stimulating environment that promotes independence and empowers individuals to take control of their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
