Job Title: IT Systems Analyst

SystemsAccountants is seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Systems Analyst to join our team. As an IT Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for providing third line support, improving ICT systems and applications, and leading on smaller development projects.

This role would be best suited to a skilled and dedicated systems analyst with experience working on 3rd line support tickets who wants to work in a team.

Essential Qualifications:
  • ITIL qualification or equivalent experience
  • Relevant professional certification (AAT, CIMA, CCAB) or equivalent experience as a user, administrator, and developer of systems in a finance environment
Required Experience:
  • Extensive experience supporting finance systems software and modules, ideally with Unit4
  • Experience supporting payment solutions software and integration to finance systems, ideally with Civica
  • Extracting data to produce reports
