IT Support Specialist

CV-Library is seeking an experienced ICT Technician to provide technical support and maintenance for IT hardware and services across school sites in Oxfordshire.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within education, and possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
A strong knowledge of common user applications, particularly Office 365, is essential.
Main Responsibilities- Technical Support: Resolve technical issues and provide efficient solutions to maintain smooth operations.
- Hardware Installation/Repair: Install and repair computers with standardized applications and networking software, diagnosing and solving problems that arise during their operation.
- Network and Desktop Services: Complete a wide range of technical duties related to computer networks and desktop services, including existing installations and upgrades.
- Experience: At least 2 years of similar experience, ideally within education.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Application Knowledge: High-level knowledge of common user applications and skilled in using Office 365.
- Salary: £27,500 per annum (dependent on experience).
- Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire.
- Contract: Permanent.
- Hours: Full Time.
