Job Title: Welfare Services Advocate

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Welfare Services Advocate to join our team at Maximus Services, LLC. As a Welfare Services Advocate, you'll work closely with customers to identify their needs and develop personalized plans to help them achieve their employment goals.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for assessing customers' circumstances, developing action plans, and providing coaching to help them prepare for interviews and job searching. You'll also work closely with local specialist services to obtain support for customers. Your goal will be to ensure customers have the necessary skills and support to succeed in the workforce.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Prior experience in the Welfare to Work sector is desirable, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess customers' circumstances and develop personalized action plans
  • Provide coaching and guidance to help customers prepare for interviews and job searching
  • Work closely with local specialist services to obtain support for customers
  • Proactively participate in continuous improvement activities to ensure excellent customer service
Salary:

$55,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience
