- This role requires a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide supportive care for children aged 6-17 who have experienced trauma and neglect.
- You will work closely with the children to promote their social and educational development, addressing their unique needs and requirements.
- The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working in Children's Residential Childcare or a similar setting, holding a Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Residential Childcare.
- Shift patterns include 48 hours shifts and occasional 24-hour shifts
- 8-10 sleep ins per month
- On-call duties
- 33 days annual leave
