Senior Commercial Finance Specialist Opportunity in Trafford

Axon Moore is partnering with a leading FMCG business in Trafford to recruit a skilled Senior Commercial Finance Specialist. This permanent full-time role will involve providing expert financial guidance and support to the business.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering robust and insightful financial planning, ensuring seamless communication across the business and with external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing clear, user-friendly visual aids to convey forward performance information to various stakeholders.
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders to provide support for product pricing decisions, costing for new business proposals, and illustrating cash impacts from proposed actions.
  • Playing a pivotal role in enhancing performance management structures, including establishing connections between local KPIs and the company's ultimate financial results.

Requirements:

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Strong financial acumen, particularly in understanding how balance sheet and funding outcomes are influenced by business activities.
  • Prior experience working in a FMCG environment is highly desirable.
  • Compelling presentation skills to articulate key messages and raise financial awareness among stakeholders.
