Job Opportunity

Merrifield Consultants is partnering with a leading Health Charity to find a skilled Partnerships Manager.

This role offers a unique chance to develop and implement innovative partnerships with world-leading companies, driving high-income growth and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive proactive growth of major donor and corporate fundraising, focusing on stewardship and engagement.
  • Research and develop new income generation opportunities, leading on application production.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Fundraising to develop and implement Major Donor and Corporate strategies.
  • Maximize income through Gift Aid and tax-effective giving, where applicable.
  • Act as a spokesperson, managing high-level donor relationships with the Director of Fundraising.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in high-value fundraising or commercial equivalent.
  • Line management or supervisory experience.
  • Proven track record of winning significant funding from major donors/corporates or commercial equivalent.
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse audiences.
  • Results-driven and problem-solving approach.
