Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and suitably qualified Senior Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating complex project schedules, maintaining cost and resource loading, and providing support to project engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creation of project schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project, maintaining cost and resource loading.
  • Updating project schedules, monitoring critical path activities, key milestones, and end dates.
  • Providing support and planning services for project engineering activities, ensuring issues are recorded and escalated.
  • Preparing updates of project schedules within agreed time frames and reporting progress to project managers.
  • Supporting Project Managers in reporting key schedule information and analysis.
  • Key Milestone Management.
  • Monitoring the implementation of programme policies and practices.
  • Collaborating as part of the project engineering team.
  • Checking plans and updates carried out by other Planners.
  • Working closely with engineering disciplines to ensure project forecasts are accurate.
