Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Trintech, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in business or sales and/or revenue operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving best-in-class processes, tools, and capabilities across the EMEA sales organization. This includes ensuring targeted accounts are high-quality, updated with accurate data, and that sales teams update the CRM according to process.

The role also involves participating in EMEA sales team meetings, documenting actions, and executing them. Additionally, the candidate will report team activity metrics and statistics to sales leadership weekly/monthly/quarterly.

Maintaining documentation (SOPs) for key sales processes, assisting with onboarding new sales reps, and performing other tasks as required are also key responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Technology and System Development teams to help deliver updates to the CRM. They will also assist with SFDC administration functions, including regular usage of admin tools, bulk data imports, data validation, normalization, and cleanup.

A thorough understanding of data and information resources is essential, as well as keeping abreast of new SFDC features and functionality. This knowledge will be used to provide recommendations for process improvements and update end-users.
