  • Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and menu costs.
About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent kitchen experience, demonstrating expertise in menu planning, staff management, and inventory control.
  • Basic IT skills to manage inventory, track orders, and communicate with colleagues.
  • Experience in menu production, bulk cooking, and food presentation.
  • Strong leadership skills, enabling effective communication and teamwork.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks accordingly.
About the Salary and Benefits
