To provide high-quality social work services to an allocated caseload, ensuring adherence to agreed performance management, quality assurance, and budgetary frameworks.

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team as a member providing an effective, efficient, and personalised strength-based assessment, person-centred planning, and brokerage service to adult service users, carers, and their families.

The successful candidate will be required to conduct Mental Capacity Assessments and Court of Protection work, utilising their expertise to deliver key services and achieve the highest standards of service delivery.

As a member of our team, you will be expected to work collaboratively to deliver exceptional results, building strong relationships with service users, carers, and other stakeholders.

We are committed to fostering a positive and supportive work environment that encourages growth, development, and excellence in all aspects of our practice.

In addition to your professional expertise, we value your passion for delivering high-quality services, your commitment to excellence, and your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £40,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Please note that we require all applicants to have relevant qualifications and experience as a registered Social Worker with Social Work England.
